What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. If you are not satisfied with your fit, you can initiate a return or exchange through our online portal for a full refund or store credit.
How do I ensure I am ordering the correct size?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' with specific measurements. We recommend comparing these measurements to a similar garment you already own to ensure the perfect LASFIT silhouette.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna and Afterpay for eligible orders.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
At LASFIT, we prioritize quality and ethics. We work closely with our manufacturers to source premium fabrics that are durable and produced under fair labor conditions. We are currently transitioning to 100% recycled packaging for all shipments.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. You can modify or cancel your order within 60 minutes of placement by contacting our support team. After this window, the order cannot be changed, but you may return it once it arrives.
